We are looking for an Open Book working arrangement as ONLY then we will be able to secure the business. What we are looking for is the Keenest Rate as the product is all low value Ecommerce traffic.

CDG / MXP / FCO / LGG / AMS / BRU /BUD / ZRH / WAW / LHR (Loading in HKG airport)
Booking by Air pallet as unit (Each air freight booking based on 3,000 Kg as maximum - Variance from 1500kg - 3000kg per shipment)
Packing in Carton, Size as follow: 40Ⅹ50X60cm / 40Ⅹ50X120cm
Commodities: General merchandise (shirt/Shoes/Masks/Zipper/printing material/ PCB board/Display card/Switch board/Switch/USB line/Aluminium Raw Material.....)

We are already in talks with Several Agents / Partners. We are looking to secure long term commitment As long as the rates are sensible. We all expect to make profit but we need to be sensible on how much we add per kilo. Your rates will be compared with others so please ensure we have the best options otherwise this cargo will go with the best p/k rate.
Please present your rates in the below format from HKG to All Destinations with a daily Rate Card update. If we can fix and secure rates for a period of time (1 - 2 week or month) that would be preferable. I appreciate this might not happen now due to peak season however after Chines New Year, please check and advise again.
Once the Rates have been agreed for that day/week/month. Shipments can then be planned, Booked and Payments made.
Please Note:
We DO NOT want any Suprise Surcharges added. Please be clear in all costs - we will confirm bookings with Calculated costs at time of booking
Shipper will organise the Export/Import Customs Clearances (Agent details will be provided).
All we are doing is the airfreight movement.
Bookings to be arranged ASAP and cargo shipped within 1-2 days of it being delivered into HKG Warehouse (please advise if this is enough time, appreciate in Peak times delays may occur and loading may take a few days longer).
We must be informed of Flight Schedules and Shipping Dates.
Daily / Weekly Requirement of 1-3 Pallets Going to Each location.
